Terms & Conditions - £500 Prize Draw

1. Promoter

This prize draw is organised by MAP UK & International Ltd (“MAP”) on behalf of the Critical Supply Group (CSG).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to UK companies responding to the UK Supply Survey.

Only one entry per company is permitted.

3. How to enter

To be entered into the prize draw, respondents must complete all questions (required and optional) in the UK Supply Survey and submit their response before the closing date.

4. Closing date

The prize draw will close on 21 May 2026. Entries received after this date will not be included.

5. Prize

One winning company will receive a £500 prize.

The prize will be provided as a bank transfer or alternative agreed method and is non-transferable.

6. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

7. Notification

The winner will be contacted using the details provided in the Survey within a reasonable period after the closing date.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, MAP reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Data protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with MAP’s Privacy Policy.

Data will be used for administering the prize draw and the Survey and will not be shared with third parties except as outlined in the Survey.

9. General

MAP reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary.
